In the first test I did 2 batches of the indian Mysore. After proper rest I found the coffee to be.. Lacking. It was to light and underdeveloped. So
This time I dialed in a darker profile.
Roaster: Popper
Fan: High
Heat Level: 5
Time: 10 7 Roasting + 3 cooling
Coffee
Batch 1: 90g Indian Mysore (First crack ~4min 35 sec)
(Because I ran out of Mysore) Batch 2: 36g Indian Mysore 54g Yirgacheffe (First Crack ~4min 05 sec)
Letting the coffee rest min or 3 days before I try.
