Roasting Log Stardate 260207 - The test
I recently purchased a Popper coffee roaster for small batches at home. Today I did my first test spin and roasted two batches of coffee.
Here is what my roast log book looks like today.
Roaster: Popper
Coffee: Indian mysore/ Batch Size 90 grams (2 batches)
Roast Setting: Fan - High/ Heat Setting -4 Time 10min (7 min roast 3 min cooling)
First Crack on Firts batch: ~6min 53 seconds
First Crack on Secon Batch : Missed
The coffee will rest for a few days then I'll try it out.
