Roasting Log Star-date 260308 Yirgacheffe
I’ve move pad testing and onto roasting when I need/ want too. I understand how the popper works , and have a roasting recipe I like. I will play more , with different settings later.
The last batch came out nice, has some good cups even thought the green coffee was old. I’ve moved onto roasting one of my favorite single origins, Yirgacheffe.

Heat level: 5.5
Time 10 min (7 roasting 3 cooling )
Coffee: Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 3 batches of 90 grams
First crack was generally around ~4:45 min
