Well because of the weird winter we have an early Sakura Season , here.
Feeling grey, longing for green
Even though the weather is still somewhat chilly, I am looking forward to spring.
Espressoalude: Still working things out
Simply put, I am still working on things however, they are getting better. This weekend’s pulls had better crema. I did change the tamp and adjusted the grind. I wish I could have done more this weekend. But I have a coffee event coming up where I hopefully will further my espresso education.
